Doulas: Experienced, caring
doulas provide labor support respecting the mother, family, and birth process.
Postpartum
Doulas: A postpartum doula is someone who comes into the home
to provide support to the new mother and family after the birth of a baby.
A doula's role is a flexible one, accommodating the needs of the mother and
family and facilitating care of the newborn. A doula will assist with breastfeeding,
newborn care, run errands, help with siblings, prepare nutritious meals, and
even assist with referrals to other professionals. As a calm, nonjudgmental
and informed presence she can answer questions and lend a helping hand.
Lactation
Consultants: Provide support
and personalized consultation for optimal breastfeeding. Breast pumps, clothing,
and supplies available at Lila's store.
Meal
Delivery and Catering:
Raw foods meals delivered to your home. Organic ingredients from small farms
and gourmet menus that can be customized.
Parties
and Celebrations: Music, dancing, yoga, massage, mehndi, and more. Call
for information and private bookings.
