Teacher and Practitioner Bios

Aimée Gould Shunney is a Naturopathic Doctor and the Coordinator of Health Education and Wellness Programs at Long Island College Hospital's Othmer Cancer Center. Dr. Shunney combines her knowledge of conventional medicine with her expertise in natural therapeutics including nutrition, supplements, herbal medicine, homeopathy and lifestyle counseling. She completed her doctorate at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon and is licensed by the state of Connecticut. She is in private practice in Brooklyn, where she specializes in Women's Health and Family Medicine.
