
Teacher and Practitioner Bios

Emily Conradson
is an authentic and down to earth teacher in love with sharing the transformative healing power of yoga. After studying Astanga and Vinyasa yoga, she developed a connection to the intuitive, spirit healing approach to asana taught by Ana Forrest. Emily's teaching combines breath awareness, safe and intelligent sequencing, lighthearted guidance, and challenging postures to facilitate an authentic feeling in every pose. Her passion is teaching beginning students and advanced practitioners who are curious about the Forrest Yoga method.
Emily is also the creatress behind Innersight Yoga, a project that provides specific yoga classes for people who are blind, partially sighted, and sighted people who want to experience practicing blind folded!
Emily recently completed a M.A. degree from New York University and is a practicing visual artist. Her love of imagery and metaphor animate her teaching to challenge her students to see within their personal life experiences.
